How to Edit Shopify Theme Slideshow Image ALT Text
Many of our customers ask for us to help them change their Shopify home page slideshow images’ ALT text because they want to get a perfect search engine optimization(SEO), At the first time, we think that it is very simple why so hard for a normal store manager to change it by themself.
When we tried to accomplish this task, we knew the answer is you need at least 5 steps to update it.
So today we would like to share these steps with your guys, hopefully, it can help you out sometimes.
Login your store with admin
- -> Customize your them
- -> Click Slideshow section(if not there you can add one section called Slideshow)
- -> Click Image slide
- -> If image not there please select one image
- -> Click Edit Button
- -> Type your ALT text (maximum text is 225)
- -> Save It

The above method has been tested with Shopify Debut, Venture, Brooklyn, and Minimal themes.
